SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. We do our best to ship items as fast as we can. 

Please allow 3-7 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 business days. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

By email. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as your order has been shipped. An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment center, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

 


 

RETURNS

CAN I REFUND MY ITEM?
If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. In order to return an item, all we ask is that you meet the following: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is incorrect. 

HOW DO I REFUND MY ITEM?
A returns label is no longer required with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label.

1. To start your return, head to our Returns Center (you’ll need your order number handy).

2. Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!  

3. Select your chosen return method.

4. Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No problem – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)

5. Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected! 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 business days of it reaching our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email “Contact Us so we can investigate this for you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your on the Return portal.

 

MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS

If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility. 

 


 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours. You must cancel your order before it ships.

 

WHAT TO DO WHEN I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, notify us, please use the Contact Us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No change can be made after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
